Another weekend over

Weekends should definitely be longer. This one especially. My back hurt all weekend, so Sunday we ended up in Urgentcare. I got a steroid shot and some drugs, and I feel a little better. The doctor said I might have pulled a muscle, or it could be costochondritis or pleurisy. It also hurts in my chest. It's lovely. I've been kind of sickly lately. And I'm getting a flu shot this week so I'll probably get sick from that too. Also, the drugs she gave me don't seem to do much. The shot did. But I have a muscle relaxant and Tylenol w/ Codeine. Apparently they're supposed to make me drowsy (not so much), and help with the pain. Again, not so much. The Tylenol didn't even begin to help my headache. But Excedrin did, which is weird, seeing as how it's just Tylenol with some caffeine. So I was very drugged up yesterday, which I don't like. But Nick was great, especially since I get pretty whiny when I don't feel good. He bought me a heating pad and ice pack, and brought me home some donuts. The he went to church to teach Sunday School by himself, and took me to Urgentcare. Then he fixed me lunch and brought me some ice cream. We also had Crown class last night, so he went to it by himself too. And he did the laundry. He's a lot better at taking care of me than I am of him.

We're both taking off Thursday. We have some stuff to do (!), but hopefully we'll also have some time to do nothing. And eat at Smokey Pig.
