Another busy weekend

We had another hectic weekend. I don't think I can do many more weekends like this. I'm very tired. Saturday was Nick's birthday, so on Friday the two of us went to Longhorn, his favorite restaurant. I used to not like it, but I do love their lobster and asparagus, and also the appetizer he always gets. And their bread. So it was good. But expensive, which is why it's only for special occasions. Saturday his parents and grandparents came down. We went to O'Charley's (possibly my least favorite restaurant now, but when they come, we either do that or Logan's every time), and then to Jackson's Orchard. It was about 90 degrees, so that might have been a mistake. We did get 2 pumpkins for the house. Some of the people in our neighborhood have gone a little crazy with the Halloween decorations. That was beside the point, but it's bothering me. Saturday night we went to the WKU football game. Which was frustrating. We lost 24-7 to Ball State, who is ranked 25th. But they played well enough to win, and honestly they should have. Except for stupid mistakes. Sunday, we went to church, got something to eat with some friends from church, stopped by Walmart (like that's ever fast), and finally got home around 2pm. We had to leave again at 3:40 for our Crown class. So all in all, we had no time to relax all weekend, and I'm exhausted. We're supposed to do the grocery shopping tonight (the Walmart trip yesterday was just to get us through until tonight), but I'm thinking Nick might be going alone. I'm hoping this next weekend is calmer...another football game, but hopefully that's it. Because this week is going to be crazy. Our schedule is going to have to change soon. We're too busy.
