Emma Katelyn Addington was born at 8:12 this morning. She weighed 6 pounds 9 ounces. We're all doing well, especially Emma, who has been sleeping most of the day. I'm tired and very sore, but hopefully the medicine they're going to give me soon will help. The stuff I've had so far has not been the best (except for the epidural!). Supposedly I will have everything unhooked tomorrow, and be able to walk around. While I'm not looking forward to that, I think I'll feel better once I do. Emma is awesome! She has been very sleepy, and not too interested in much else. But she has opened her eyes a couple times and tried to focus on us. She has pretty dark blue eyes. Here are a couple pictures. Hopefully more will be coming tomorrow, when we are all less tired.
